In Home Assessment

Independent Living Partners will provide a complimentary in-home assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to meet with you and your family to jointly determine the scope of care needed.

During the meeting, we fully explain the services available, answer any additional questions you have, and assist with the important care decisions faced by the family and the loved one in need.

Items Discussed Include:

	Matching the Appropriate Caregiver		Daily routines
	Health and Medication		Emergency Response
	Nutritional Need		Transportation Needs
	Bathing and Hygiene Care		Creating a Quality Care Plan
	Cost and Services

Our exceptional caregivers are thoroughly screened, bonded and insured. They are trustworthy, reliable people who are ready and willing to assist on a hourly, overnight or 24 hour basis.

Caregivers bust complete our exclusive certification program, Certified Companion Aid (CCA), which includes training in a variety of areas including Safety & Body Mechanics, Nutrition, Emergency Care and Hospice. We also work with the Alzheimer Association, the Arthritis Foundation, the Braille Institute and others to provide opportunities for continuing education for our caregivers.
